TERMS OF USE
- Our Web Hosting and QR Code Plans are paid on a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription basis depending on the plan chosen and are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Subscriptions must last at least 12 months before they can be cancelled. Hosting fees may be subject to change upon renewal.
- Prices shown on the Pricing page do not include VAT, and each subsequent payment made to us for the duration of your subscription will have 10% VAT added onto it as required by Bahraini Law.
- All new accounts are activated upon receipt of the first subscription payment and the 25 BHD initiation deposit. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete billing information.
- We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates our terms of service, including but not limited to, hosting of illegal or pornographic material, spamming, and unauthorized access. Please refer to our acceptable use policy below for more details.
- We are not responsible for any data loss or damage to your website or data. We recommend that you regularly back up your website and data.
- We make every effort to ensure our service is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be liable for any damages that may result from service interruption.
- We provide customer support via email. Our support team is available during business hours to assist you with any issues you may encounter.
- We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from the use of third-party applications, plugins, or scripts.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the security of their website, including but not limited to, implementing secure passwords, keeping software up-to-date, and monitoring website activity.
- You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
- You may not use our service to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to, the distribution of pirated software, copyrighted material without permission, and content that incites hate, violence, or discrimination, or any other activities which violate the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- You may not use our service to host adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
- You may not use our service to send unsolicited emails, including phishing scams or other types of spam.
- You may not use our service to host viruses, malware, or other malicious software.
- Your account is for your own use only. You agree not to share or allow access of our services to any person or entity who is not a customer of BitWise Web Hosting. Any unauthorized use or sharing of our paid services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain when using our service.
- You may not use our service to engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of our servers or network, including denial of service attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access.
- If you suspect our service is being used for any malicious purpose, please report it via our abuse form.
- Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing or accessing domains owned by third parties without obtaining proper authorization or consent. Any unauthorized use of another person's domain, including but not limited to domain hijacking, domain squatting, or any form of domain infringement, will result in termination of your account.
PRIVACY POLICY
- We collect personal information, such as your name and email address, when you sign up for our service. We also collect anonymous information about your visit to our website, such as your IP address and the pages you viewed.
- We use your personal information to provide and improve our service, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. We use anonymous information to analyze website usage and improve our marketing efforts.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in delivering our service, or as required by law.
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

DELIVERY POLICY
- Upon receipt of the first subscription payment and 25 BHD initiation deposit, inital host setup and issuing of hosting credentials (cPanel login username and default password) should take no more than 3-5 working days, depending on the hosting package chosen at signup.
- If signing up for the Business or Entrepreneur plans, a valid Bahraini Commercial Registration (C.R.) Number, as well as the business address (as provided on the CR) is required at signup.
- Once ready to use, primary hosting credentials (cPanel login username and default password] will be sent to the email address provided at signup.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure security when operating cPanel or other backend software with BitWise. We recommend changing the default password upon initial setup of cPanel, whilst avoiding the use of common patterns in the naming of user accounts and passwords to better protect against misuse.
- Additional website plans can be added to accounts at any time using the customer portal. The above initiation deposit (25 BHD] is charged for each new site added, and will be refunded after 12 months from said site's start date.
- Additional QR Code plans can be added without charge to a user account and are available upon completion of payment. However, the deposit is required for initial registration of the user account.
REFUND POLICY
- The 25 BHD initiation deposit paid at signup will be refunded automatically 12 months after said website's registration date.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable, as they are paid to the domain registrar and cannot be refunded once registered. Any domains added to site plans will be verified internally to ensure lawful use.
- Hosting account renewals or upgrades are non-refundable, as they are considered a continuation of your existing hosting account.
- If your account is terminated due to violation of our terms of service, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the initiation deposit will also be retained.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of signing up for our hosting service. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receipt of the refund request.
